Social Black Yelling is a West Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia thrash metal band formed in 2007 with name Parasite Eye. This band consists of: Valy (guitar), Nizar (bass), Bucay (vocal), Aria (drum) and Boni (guitar).
This band were departed from a band called Parasite Eye when they were still in high school. At that time, their formation is not like now. They were Valy (guitar), Aria (drums), Daem (bass), Jaem (vocals), and Fath (guitar) who formed a band bearer songs Lamb of God and Arch Enemy in 2007. Apart from school, the band has experienced turnover in one position guitarist. Boni, of HATRED MEMORY, signed to replace Fath.
After Jaem leave the band due to continue studying in Bandung, vocalist position was replaced by Bucay, which is also their friends while still attending high school 112 West Jakarta, and was previously involved in a band called Mediocrity. Followed by departure Daem, bass player involved in the process of making a new name, shortly after they recorded a second single titled “Il Principle”. That’s because the Social Black Yelling then began to lead into the path of thrash metal, is Daem do not get along with the genre. That vacant positions were then filled by Nizar, guitarist of Catastrophe. Social Black Yelling and Catastrophe are actually residing in the same geographical area; Joglo, West Jakarta. Boni has called for the this area: Joglo Trengginas.Currently, Social Black Yelling is under construction with their debut album. There will be 9 songs in the album later.
